KINGDOM AT WORK Europe
Kingdom Business Workshop
26-27.09.2019
Wrocław, Topacz Castle, Poland
We kindly invite entrepreneurs, owners, founders, presidents, board members, directors, managers to attend in the event:
“Kingdom Business Workshop”
The workshop will be led by Rick and Holly Betenbough from Lubbock, Texas, USA
Watch their story:
Join other like-minded Kingdom business leaders for two days of testimony, encouragement and equipping. Come hear stories from veteran leaders as you are empowered to experience the reality of the Kingdom at work in your organization!
Most Kingdom leaders start a business with strong vision, big dreams and the best of intentions. Then life happens.
Many of us desire to see God’s Kingdom advance but are unsure of how to actually do that in the marketplace, or we feel alone on that journey.
Our workshops are designed to inspire, equip, and ignite you with a plan going forward.
These workshops are for senior-level leaders and their executive teams. In a round-table format your team will work alongside a coach as you define your purpose, strengthen your leadership style, and create a company culture.
Who should attend?
Any high-level leader with decision making authority (i.e. owner, founder, president, board member, director, etc.) within an organization that is seeking to advance God’s Kingdom through business. Age, experience, for-profit, non- profit, industry and/or organization size do not matter.
What happens at a workshop?
Workshops are very interactive. While teaching and breakout sessions are part of the experience, a majority of the workshop is spent at a roundtable with your small group coach. As you take in new information and ideas, our coaches’ job is to help you and your leadership team digest, discuss and decide on next steps.
What's included in the price?
The fee you pay covers access to all workshop sessions, a printed workbook, Thursday dinner, Friday lunch, and coffee/water throughout the event. Attendees are financially responsible for their own transportation and lodging. You can book a room in Topacz Castle (www.zamektopacz.pl) in a special price for workshop attendies.
Do you have to be a Christian to attend?
While we would not prevent someone from coming due to their beliefs, we also want to make it clear that this event is all about God’s Kingdom. The God’s Kingdom is where God's authority is recognized and the principles and values respected.
The workshop is for everyone because we believe that the truths discussed there are universal. Our workshop aims to be practical, but it is also inspirational. A large part of that includes Biblical worship and teachings. If you want to bring someone who might be uncomfortable with this, we strongly encourage you to make the nature of the event clear to them so they do not feel blindsided.
What clothing for workshop?
The choice of the outfit is left to the participants, it is important that everyone feels comfortable. We suggest casual clothing.
Tickets: 140 €

Who will lead the workshop?
Rick Betenbough co-founded Betenbough Homes in 1992 with a vision to use fanatical cost control and “out-of-the-box” organizational systems to become the price leader for new brick homes in Lubbock, Texas. Since then, he has matured a management and production system that combines quality and cost control through disciplined planning, negotiating and supervising.
For 24 years, Rick served as the President of Betenbough Homes, building nearly 7,000 homes for West Texas families. Early in 2016, he felt led to step aside from the role, allowing new leadership to continue to grow and lead the company and its employees.
Now serving as the CEO of Betenbough Companies, PBC., Rick pursues his passion for the advancement of God’s Kingdom in and through the marketplace.
Rick loves to mentor other Kingdom-minded leaders and entrepreneurs while walking his daily journey beside his loving wife and childhood sweetheart, Holly. Their two children, James and Shannon are both married, and in 2017, Rick and Holly welcomed their first grandchild, Naomi.

Today, Holly continues to provide mentorship and training for the Betenbough Companies’ Ministry Team and serves on the Board of Directors for Betenbough Companies.
Holly also engages with other Kingdom Business leaders as she and her husband, Rick, travel around the world sharing the story of how God’s Kingdom broke out in a Home Building Company in West Texas. Rick and Holly enjoy time with their family. Their kids, James, Shannon and Kenny, and their spouses, Tiffany and Michael. They love being grandparents to Naomi.
